Landmark at Doral is situated on 13-acres along NW 107th Avenue in the City of Doral, Florida.  The site provides 202 town homes.  Pascual, Perez, Kiliddjian (PPK) & Associates was retained by Lennar Homes to design 3-story luxury town homes complete with roof terraces.  The community is highlighted by its contemporary architectural character with large windows and aluminum trellises.  PPK also provided the design for the entry features and clubhouse complete with a pool, gym, exercise facility, ballroom and tennis facility.
