Riviera Pointe Project Description & Images:
The Riviera Pointe office building, located just off the turnpike in Miramar Florida, contains 70,000 square feet of office and professional retail space. The main entrance to the buildings is located off of a central courtyard. At the corners of the buildings are towers which help to define the courtyard and also act as a landmark that can be seen from the turnpike. Along the street the building provides lush tropical landscaping. To add to the pleasing aesthetics, the parking has been hidden behind the building. Upon completion the building will look to attain LEED certification through the use of systems such as photovoltaic cells to generate electricity, light colored walls and roofs, low-e windows and doors, and structural insulated panels. Pascual, Perez, Kiliddjian and Associates is providing complete architectural services for the project.
