Century Park Project Description & Images:
Century Park, located in the new Hialeah Annexation Area, will offer 4 different residential unit types. 2 different townhome types line the central community square and boulevard that diagonally bisects the neighborhood. Single family homes line the lake and outer edges of the property, while 3-story garden apartments act as a buffer along the busy western edge of the property. Multiple architectural characters such as Florida Costal, Spanish Mediterranean, and Colonial will add diversity to the community. Pascual, Perez, Kiliddjian and Associates (PPK) worked with the City of Hialeah to incorporate its New Urbanism based Hialeah Annexation Area Ordinances. PPK is providing both planning and architectural services for the project.
