Century Grand Project Description & Images:
Located on 200 acres in Section 8 in Doral, Century Grand is a Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND). The plan includes over 7 different product types with over 20 different models. The product types range from a shop front building with 6 levels of residential units above, to live-work units, to townhomes, to single family homes. This project is designed to include all people and all sizes of families. As a TND it will offer places to live, work and play all within walking distance. Planning for the project was provided by Valle, Valle and Partners, while Pascual, Perez, Kiliddjian provided the architecture.
