Bellagio Project Description & Images:
Located within the Hialeah Heights Annexation Area, the 74 acre Bellagio is a 588 unit residential project. The plan follows a simple rectilinear grid pattern that is bisected by two boulevards that intersect at a centrally located community park. The plan steps down in density from 3-story condominiums, to townhomes, to single family homes located along the lake and outer edges of the property. Different architectural styles will be employed to add diversity and richness to the residences ranging from Neo-Classical, Spanish Mediterranean, and Colonial. Pascual, Perez, Kiliddjian, and Associates provided planning and architectural services for Bellagio. This included working closely with the Planning Department at the City of Hialeah to incorporate its New Urbanism based Hialeah Annexation Area guidelines. This project will be the first of its kind in Hialeah and will offer a choice of housing types within one project.
