Aranha Palms Project Description & Images:
Situated on just over an acre in Richmond Heights, Aranha Palms will showcase townhomes never before seen in this area. The 22 townhomes will be located along the perimeter of the site helping to define the street feature Key West inspired architecture. Each unit will feature a generous front porch to encourage interaction with pedestrians and to provide eyes on the street. The garages and parking have been moved off the street onto alleys behind the units. The project is also unique because upon completion it will seek LEED certification. A few of the green building initiatives being incorporated into this project include the use of solar hot water heating, light colored walls and roofs to minimize heat gain, low-e windows and doors, a higher R value in the walls and roof, and enhanced ventilation. Aranha Palms is pushing the boundaries of ordinary development to become a model for future projects.
