The Firm
 Pascual, Perez, Kiliddjian (PPK) and Associates was established in 1995. Prior to the firm’s formation it was known as P.M.P. Architects. The firm and its members have been in business together locally since 1983. PPK was formed with common commitment to quality, service and client satisfaction, guiding principles for success on some of South Florida’s largest mixed-use and planning projects. Striking a balance to achieve buildable cost effective projects has always been the firm’s strength, and these principles are integral to the design philosophy of PPK.
Through the years PPK has worked on a variety of multidisciplinary projects. Having worked with large scale urban planning, industrial, commercial, mixed use and town planning, we have developed an understanding of the team process and how to most efficiently direct the various disciplines within a given project. With over twenty-five (25) years of experience, PPK understands the relationship between the planning, public hearing and regulatory process. PPK makes every effort to include all parties in these processes to improve the final project.
We are members of the A.I.A, BASF, and LBA. The firm regularly attends CNU conferences and is knowledgeable on current design, marketing, planning, and building trends. Also, PPK is a member of the ULI. PPK is incorporated in the State of Florida (Corporation #650633884) and is licensed by the Florida Department of Professional Regulation to practice Architecture (License #AA26001357). All partners are registered Architects in the State of Florida, of which two (2) are LEED Accredited Professionals. PPK is also a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
